Garlic Sautéed Kale and Goat Cheese

ONLY 3 ingredients!!

- Minced garlic

- Sautéd kale

- Crumbled goat cheese

Cooking Instructions

  • In a pan, sauté kale with minced garlic, a touch of olive oil, and a generous pinch of salt. The salt pulls out the extra water and when you bake the pizza, gives those crunchy edges. 


  • Add sautéed kale to Uncle Nick’s Cauliflower Crust.  


  • Crumble goat cheese on top and bake at 450 F for 8 minutes. For that extra browned cheese, you can broil for the last minute and you’ll get some beautiful color and texture on the cheese.
